Timelines

We initiated the process in late 2017.

We signed the contract in September 2018.

Completion was scheduled for April 2019.

Construction started in November 2018

We moved out of our old house in January 2019.

The old house was demolished in January 2019.

The house was put on site on 10th April 2019.

Moved in on 22nd June 2019.

Certificate of occupancy provided 21st August 2019.

Build time: 9 months

Time to resolve defects (so far): 6 months

Overall the delivery timelines have been hugely disappointing. We chose this approach for a quick, hassle free approach, but the reality has been anything but!
